Housing maybe, but marriage they'd have to approve same-sex marriage to make it work since most men play as women, and I think they'd sooner burn down their offices than to. In Black Desert Online you can communicate with NPCs and increase or decrease level of their trust. This is called “Intimacy system”. If the character trusts you he can give you extra rewards, quests and many other interesting things.

I have no intention for it to be super in-depth like sims, just a basic system where 2 people can gain from performing said marriage ritual. Many RPG's have it and Black Desert has such a depth where it would fit in perfectly. There will be no intercourse or kid birthing involve (unless you want to roleplay it out with the sweet Camera Mode.).
